Interns and new hires: Future Leaders is a program specifically aimed at junior profiles (<27 years-old). A lot of the companies we’re working with typically target the program at two cluster groups: Internship programs (for example, Danone and L’Oréal are offering Future Leaders as a primary benefit to hundreds of interns hired every year) and new hires (Future Leaders is also being offered as part of a new hire’s Welcome Pack.)
